dental services, cleanings, or to set up time for a consultation
for reconstructive or cosmetic dentistry, please call our office.

Lunchtime is generally scheduled from 1:00pm until 2:00pm

Monday's are currently administrative task days, but we still can accommodate you on Monday's.

Saturday's can be booked for existing patients with special preparation of staffing and scheduling.

New Patients,
Please arrive 10-15 min prior to your first appointment to complete New
Patient medical and dental information forms, and insurance
information. Our staff is eager to help you.

Remember, always inform us if there have been any changes in Medical History, current information of medication, personal information, or insurance information.

Please also let us know of any special needs or changes with future insurance information, such as retiring and loosing insurance, Cobra plans, or future surgeries and all planned medical appointments.
