We welcome all people to our office with a complete New Patient examination and a subsequent hygiene visit. This New Patient appointment is scheduled for you at the time of your initial call to our office. After your initial contact with our office, please access the above secure link to electronically fill out the new patient forms. Upon finishing these forms, they will be downloaded to our office and be ready for you when you arrive for your first visit. Otherwise you will need to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete this information.

The thorough and comprehensive New Patient examination includes an appropriate series of digital x-rays, oral examination, periodontal charting, oral cancer screening, and review of Medical/Dental and background information. You will have the opportunity to meet and chat with Dr. Conway at this time.  This exam takes approximately 30-50 minutes.

After meeting our staff and Dr. Conway, a New Patient hygiene appointment will be scheduled for you at your convenience.  This will take approximately 30-60 minutes and consists of hygiene (a dental cleaning with the latest technology to make your cleaning fast and comfortable) and laser examination for the detection of cavities.   At the end of your second appointment our staff will supply and review your treatment plan if applicable. During your treatment consultation, Dr. Conway and/or the treatment plan coordinator will discuss your dental care that Dr. Conway deems necessary to ensure your continued dental health.

Starting with your New Patient examination, and extending throughout your dental life with us, at every appointment we will utilize our state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to make your visit fast, comfortable and FUN.  Our treatment rooms are equipped with the best that technology has to offer, and treatment is delivered in a warm and caring manner by our highly trained and professional staff.

Payment is expected for services rendered at the time of the appointment.  This allows our practice to maintain our focus and time on the delivery of the best quality of dental care.
